Nothing installs on your computer. The connection tool runs once and leaves nothing behind when you close it. Eric can only see your screen while the window is open — close it any time to end the session.

Common questions

Will Eric see my private files?

Eric will see whatever’s on your screen — the same as if he were standing next to you. Close anything personal before connecting, and remember you can end the session any time by closing the window.

My browser warned me about the download. Is it safe?

Yes. The tool is TeamViewer QuickSupport with iDezign branding — the same software used by IT support shops worldwide. Some browsers warn about any downloaded .exe, but this one is signed and verified.

How long does a session usually take?

Most fixes take 5–15 minutes. Eric will tell you if it’ll be longer before he starts.

What if I’m not in front of my computer?

You need to be there to start the session — the tool only runs while you keep its window open. Once Eric’s connected, you can step away if he doesn’t need you (just don’t close the window).

What if the file won’t open or I can’t find it?

Check your Downloads folder for “iDezign Remote Support.exe.” If your browser blocked the download, allow it. Still stuck? Call Eric directly at 530-410-6450.
